After a busy year, this month has seen the publication of the Relish Yorkshire cookbook, featuring inspired recipes and food photography in menus provided by chefs from 16 of the best restaurants and hotels across Yorkshire.

I was pleased to be asked by Nathan and Matthew Evans at 1885 The Restaurant, near Halifax, to shoot recipe, restaurant and portrait images for their 10-page spread in the glossy hardback, which is available from local and national bookshops.
